As an international educator for Ashtae products, Melanie Taylor has traveled all over the US and abroad educating hairstylists, all while running a successful hair salon in Augusta, Georgia. The Stepping Stone is a haven for excellence, facilitating growth and providing mentorship to those who are considered "counted out."
