With 10+ years in the haircare industry as a salon owner and a passion for touching the lives of others, Melanie Taylor has an "Unique Vision" of providing a facility where young students and entrepreneurs can learn the necessary skills to be successful, while building confidence. As an international educator for Ashtae products, Melanie Taylor has traveled all over the US and abroad educating hairstylists, all while running a successful hair salon in Augusta, Georgia. The Stepping Stone is a haven for excellence, facilitating growth and providing mentorship to those who are considered "counted out."
